Hello from me; a red without malice.

@SteChallinor you’ll soon learn that a fair share of Evertonians on here can’t get on and like other Blues, so don’t be too offended if you get stick.

In all honesty, I respect your honesty and it’s not like there aren’t a fair share of lurkers anyway.
I’ve been a lurker on here for long enough to already know that mate! It’s no different to anywhere else in that regard.

I’ll be staying away from politics, just to be on the safe side though!

Thanks for the welcome pal.

OK buddy, you had your chance!
Very clever I have to admit, posting this two days prior to our inevitable capitulation to those Kenyan football masters at Kariobangi Sharks.
Sneaky in the extreme that, getting the pre-emptive digs in. You're not fooling me Mystic Meg.
Koff back to RAWK  I jest of course
You haven’t actually lost have you? I’ll go and check out the match thread!

For completeness:

Where about are you from?: Leeds
How did you find these forums?: Links to Steve0’s barmy posts on LFC forums
How did you become an Everton fan?: I didn’t. Well, not yet anyway.
Your all-time favourite Everton player?: Always had a soft spot for Kanchelskis and Limpar
Your current favourite player?: I thought Kenny looked good when he first came through.
Pineapple on Pizza, Is it socially acceptable? What are your views?: Yes, but I’m not going out of my way to ask for it.

Welcome mate.
I know ( well, knew really, not seen him for beards ) a Red called Steve Challinor who lived on the Wirral - any relation ?

Welcome mate.

How long ago, and which bit of the Wirral? It definitely wasn’t me, though I lived in Liverpool for a 3 years when I was at uni around the millennium.

Could be distant relations otherwise, but none I know of over there.

Scouse side of the family are in and around Chester.

So it seems the sharks are circling, so I might as well say hello properly as a Red.

I’m not scouse either, which is probably a given, but my old man is.

I’m a season ticket holder on the Kop, but don’t go very often these days - 3 or 4 times a season normally due to location, work and family.

I joined to be able to see parts of the forum I couldn’t see without joining, and as I’ve joined I might as well post now and then.

I probably won’t post any more often than I have already, I don’t imagine.

I won’t gloat if Everton lose - that would be rude.

I won’t gloat if Liverpool win - that would be crass.

I don’t plan on getting embroiled in things if they escalate, it’s just not my style.

But I’m more than happy to chat with people. I like the variety.

Anyway, that’s all really. Just putting it out there as I never had any intention of pretending to be a blue.

Oh, and I’m not anyone else that has been “found out” on here before.

Be gentle.

Once you know your place, and realise that Everton is a far superior club than your own rabble, then there should be no problems.;)

Maybe judge a man by his actions and words, rather than jump to prejudicial conclusions?
I think he’s judging the action you took to sign up to a rival teams forum, declare you’re a red and then proceed to spend parts of your day posting on said forum. Weird.
