7.) What if anything would you improve on Evertonfc.com? Let full blown Evertonians run it and remove the Hatton connection from the main site

8.) What other sports sites official or unofficial do you visit to find out information about Everton FC and why do you use these sites instead of using evertonfc.com?

5.) What areas of Evertonfc.com do you dislike? Why? The layout, the news. The layout is terrible for easy navigation and the news is, frankly, crap. It is never up-to-date and it is very limited in it's scope.

6.) Do you find Evertonfc.com easy to navigate around? If No please state why? I have no problem navigating the site, but it is not the most intuitive to use or find info. I find it easier to do an in depth Google search to find the info I need when I need it.

7.) What if anything would you improve on Evertonfc.com? Layout. Layout. Layout.

8.) What other sports sites official or unofficial do you visit to find out information about Everton FC and why do you use these sites instead of using evertonfc.com? This one. :P Skysports, ESPN Soccernet and Football365.com Well, When we link an article and people reply to discuss it you get both sides of an opinion, unlike the news stories on the OS that only have positive spin sound-bytes from random fans. Never have I ever seen one that is critical and just like we criticize Toffeeweb about their biased negativity, the OS has all the biased positivity. The other news sources may have plenty of false rumours and crap, but often they are at least hours ahead of the OS on actual announcements.

Forgot my top annoyance with EFC's web stuff as well:

Why have multiple passwords and usernames for EFC web services? Why not have a unified log-in (à la Google) and do the admin behind the scenes of who is allowed what? It's not bleeding edge technology we're talking about.

Can be very slow from entry to point you want to get to.
Useless soundbytes from the team re: feel Neville every week we need to focus!

Easy to navigate but to many options to get where you want to go!

Put the whole article on the page and not a link to gread the whole article. Less furore to get to the main site! Less useless for the sake of articles i.e. random player saying we must keep up our performences between now and the end of the season, less phil neville soundbytes saying a lot but really nothing at all.

I only really go to those two sections (see answer to number 6 for reasons)

No, I think its poorly designed to be honest. Looking at the main page, there are 12 menus at the side, 7 across the top - with more sub menus on almost all 19 options - that's waaaay too many. Then the main window is confusing as well as everything looks the same, either blue with white border or white with blue border. They should define the sections better, looks just like a collection of boxes at the moment, imo.

7.) What if anything would you improve on Evertonfc.com?

Main page layout - needs to be simplified. I think every section of the site must be on the first page somewhere, even stuff only a few people would be interested in. I reckon it should be pretty simple. Have a "News", "Team info", "Fixtures/Results" and a "corporate" section (or something nice and simple like that, I've probably forgotten a hugely important section there :) )

Also, WTF is with the marketplace? Everton Cars?

BT Vision? (wouldn't everyone here go to the BT site to get BT Vision?)

Oh, and going back to "bad design" - I have only just now discovered the Everton FC podcast whilst looking for other dodgy stuff in the marketplace section - never knew it existed!

BBC, GOT, toffeeweb - I mainly use these sites as the news on the official site seems to be very sanitised and tame. Also transfer gossip etc. doesn't appear on the O/S
