Can you post the address in which the email came from? I'd be wary of clicking that link, as the address shown might mask a phishing/spoofing site.

Please post the email address of the email so we can see if it’s real or fake.
A scam account. Report the email and bin it. Separately, probably best done on a different device, log into your iCloud account and see if your phone is there.

looks fake to me
I was messaging this lad on WhatsApp about tickets. He posted a photo which I clicked on to see it. After that I can’t access messages on WhatsApp and got that email.
WhatsApp is currently down I believe.
WhatsApp is down nationally, so I think it's merely a coincidence. As long as you haven't clicked on the email link, you should be fine.
I would report it to Apple, and if you're concerned, change your iCloud password and make sure you've got 2FA.

Could be worth posting the contact ID of where you found this fella (twitter? Here?) in the tickets thread so others don't fall for it.
