Henry Onyekuru

I’ve always said that I can see him as a striker. He makes excellent runs and his positioning in the box is far ahead of Dom. You lose a bit of an aerial advantage but you gain a fantastic dribbler in tight spaces and a very decent poacher. What it boils down to for me is if he could handle the physicality of the premier league. It remains to be seen.

Same here, I see him more than capable of playing as a striker. The goal we see today is someone who reads the delivery and natural instinct to attack the ball. 3 players running to recieve the ball but he made the most out of it.

I can’t see him playing any position other than the left forward in a 4-3-3. He does look quite similar to mane in the way he plays

Marco Silva on Onyekuru being at Everton next season: “I didn’t decide yet. At this moment we have 4 wingers in our squad - Richarlison, Lookman, Bernard and Theo - 4 with right foot and he is one more with a right foot. We would have to think about a work permit, also."

£20-25 million and get him gone.

Him and lookman could bring in £40-45 million between them which could get us Gomes and Zouma on perm deals and allow whatever else money we have to go towards a top quality 15-20 goal a season CF and quality RB.

No way are we getting gomes and zouma in for the price of shifting lookman and Henry.

Yeah, he's not a striker. He's very slight, not powerful at all.

Not seeing the Mane comparison. Mane is really active, always flying around, dribbles, tackles, too, Onyenkuru is too darn static. Always waiting for a cross or something to run on to. Rarely alters his runs. Very fast, has some moves, solid decision maker, but I just don't think he's dynamic enough or just even active enough to play for us.

Isn't Walcott leaving anyway? Probs Lookman too. So Onyekuru will always have a place if permit is done.
