*shrug*

We've spent £25m on Kean, not £9m as you have suggested as a "first installment". This is like them explaining away the Carroll fee.

Hahaha it’s up to you if that’s how you’ve read it. £9m as a first instalment isn’t me saying we’ve bought him for £9m. I’m not stupid and realise there are 3 instalments and he’ll be costing us around £27m overall. I do though see the benefit of having the extra money still to spend this window.

You’ve clearly taken what I’ve said wrongly and unnecessarily accused me of kopite behaviour which I’ve taken issue with but I’ll leave it there

Dunno mate, you're the one doing the whole Anfield Wrap thing pretending we've not spent money we have.

For example, you're suggesting all our incomings from sales have come in completely but outgoings haven't, creating a false net total.

No, we have spent £25m of our budget on Kean, regardless of installments (there's no evidence for your £9m).

Anything else is " VVD only cost £10m" behaviour

Won't the add on's be added into cost as well then? And the wages? Then the deal is actually around £40m

What he's saying is right from a financial stand point for our budget for this transfer window. If the payments to juve are all equal sized payments that is.

Think it was just a nice little throw away comment that's now been read into more then it needed to be personally mate.

I’m just going off reports that suggested we’ve got large amounts upfront for the likes of Lookman

We have spent £25m on Kean and look to be getting £15m for Onyekuru.

+£10m. No need to factor it by 6 times or whatever.

All I did was factor in his wages and his add-ons.

Same as from a business stand point we will be getting £15m for onyekuru but also saving money on his wages. So the deal would actually be worth to us the money recived + the wages saved for the duration of his contract on the books.
