Who does the full back pass too? We had no width today so there were limited options outside him. Inside and they were pissing all over our midfield three so as soon as the ball arrived at their feet we lost it.

Don't get me wrong, Hibbert was rubbish but we don't play good passing football as a team. When was the last time you ever saw us play a nice triangle move?

Yeah, basic football that you learn at schoolboy level.

These few match truly highlight our fundamental problems. NO ARTETA NO EVERTON.
 

We play brilliantly against top sides, but we [Poor language removed] play like disgusting [Poor language removed] against disgusting [Poor language removed]. Our midfield cant one touch pass or play in good balls, our defense, in theory, is solid and our attack has been a disgrace to say the least. I didnt even see the game but it sounds like we made an awful fool of ourselves.
 
20 million for strikers. 10 million for defenders. All money down the drain because moyes choose the wrong midfield combination. Great vision by moyes.
 
Well to be fair, and I retract an early comment, he was restricted to playing two defensive midfielders, he just happened to choose the wrong one.

A few years ago I was working in Germany and Holland and watching the kids playing football in the streets Its noticeable straight away each one tries to pass to each other where as over here every one just wants to shoot at goal
