Hooliganism Era.

it was an angry britain at that time as well though, the age group that would look for something to do happened to all be into football. none of this cctv then and mobile meet ups, there'd be tons arriving in places at the same time so unruliness would ensue. the football special trains would be carrying a fair number so when they arrived a place would get swamped. a bit like when you was in the streets of liege.

there was always a chance of gettin' legged when goin' on the normal trains, the tube tunnels in euston were horrendous, so there was always that edge.

most just looked at the unruliness as a laugh, a bit like aways now cos there seems to be a lot around my age who wouldve been going away then. there's a lot of lids as well though.

Did you used to involved in the 80's, mate?

Yer Liege was a different expierence for me, something i've never been involved in before. I've been to alot of away games but never really expierenced trouble like that.

Interesting era and it something that interest's me alot.

Read quite a few books. I don't take notice of this football factory ****e but Andy Nicholls book is a good read.

What, mate?

I'm interested in the period.

Just because Chico was interested in WW2, doesn't mean he wants WW3 to happen like.
