The National is too late nowadays,it used to be at 3.45 in the days when you would hear concorde crackling over the skies of Liverpool on the morning of the race.

Went to put some dough on Regal Encore - cos I got it in the GOT sweep and wanted to potentially double up.

Wrote the bet out and then binned it because I'd put the wrong dough down, went to do it again, gave it in and looked at it and well, I'd doubled up on Tiger Roll by mistake.

Turns out the Regal one is a non-runner now so hopefully the betting gods are on my side.
