Hotel for weekend visit

I’m bringing my 2 daughters up to Goodison in January for their first ever visit.
Can you recommend any hotels?
My daughters are in their 20’s so will want to be close to the pubs, clubs, etc.
Don’t mind a 15/20 minute walk into the centre.

Double Tree hilton is decent. Just off Dale Street which has plenty of pubs, 5 min walk Liverpool One shopping district.

The Hampton by Hilton Wapping Quay is a decent place in a great location. Right across the road from the Albert Dock with a nice pub called The Baltic Fleet right outside. Also a bus station close by for the 10 min journey to Goodison.

Get an Airbnb.

Much more freedom to come and go, probably work out cheaper too.

Loads of flats in the city centre and close to everything.

Novotel , on Liverpool Paddington Village.

I stayed there not too long ago. Fairly new hotel, close to the centre , awesome food and cocktails ? ? also not too pricey ?

Novotel in town (Hanover Street) is a solid choice: good location; decent food; not overly expensive. It’s where work gets people to stay when here.

Premier Travel Inn, at the Albert Dock.

Relatively cheap, booking in advance.

Near loads of bars and nice places to eat.

I suppose his daughters will be dragging him around Concert Square so the premier inn on Hanover st would be ideal.
