How can this club be saved?

Employ amazing scouts that prioritise pace, technique and the correct temperament. Buy as many as possible for as low a fee as possible. Then sell players that don't fit the requirement for as high a fee as possible.

With the limited amount of time and resources we have - sack Dyche, buy pace at left back, right wing. And centrally ideally.

Return to high press and work rate of last season with the pace to back it up.

A competent board and football ops set up would do wonders. But success in this league is relative and under the current rules and with the current cartel they’re never winning anything ever again and they’re not going to be competitive at the top of the table

I'm sure he'd kick an azz or two
That's what Brian Boitano'd do!

To be honest, I would settle for being excited / entertained at each match.

They need to change the manager to start with, and get someone who can play a brand of football which actually attempts to win games to get the fans back onside.

But most importantly they need someone at the club who will instil a different mentality, as for as long as I can remember the club has no standards whatsoever.
From commercial deals, media, football anything. It's just kicking the can down the road to survive with no longer term plan. I used to hope that the club were investing in the youth set up to bring lads through as we couldn't afford to buy from the top shelves, but since certain people were let go that side of the club has gone to pot as well. And even when we were bringing lads through, the step from youth player to first team was never handled well.

Our recruitment policy since the late 80's has been 'average athletes and mediocre footballers'. At a time when the football game is the fastest it has ever been, we have a team of players where no one has any pace whatsoever, no real quality about them and they're happy to sit out their contracts, as this is the highest wage they'll ever earn, and they're not as interested in the football. At least when we were trying to bring in younger promising players like Lukaku, Stones etc. then they had something to aim at, improve as players, prove yourself and we'll sell you on for a profit.

Even the merchandise is poor, I usually get the kids a load of gear for Christmas and this is the first year when I couldn't find anything worth getting.

There is no life in the club at all. The new owners need to appoint people who have standards, and find a manager with energy, who can try and revitalise the club and breathe life back in to it. Not play on the back foot, running around chasing shadows and launching the ball in to the sky. No crowd is getting behind that every week, and players soon get fed up of it.

Biggest priorities were getting a new stadium and new owners. Both are done, so we are now in a good position to start taking the next steps.

(Sorry for not being overly negative)
