Wouldn't exactly describe Rodallega as gash. Would be made up if we got him.

As for Heitinga, have to admit I was one of his biggest doubters, but won me over last season.

You've lost me mate.

I want us to sell Vic, get him off our wage bill, get a fee for him and then replace him with the kids, Silva, Velios, Mcwotsis etc. I don't want us to sign up Rodallega because we have Jelavic and Naismith as first choice and I don't think he's any better than the kids he'll be kicking off the bench. I don't think we need another striker. If we are going to bring someone in they need to be substantially better than Vellios to justify wages, he isn't.

If it was up to me, we'd sell Cahill and Anichebe and not buy any more strikers at all.
 
Rodallega is not gash, he scored some important goals for Wigan including the goal that kept them in the league a few seasons back. Unfortunately with Everton he is going to be utilised on the wing rather than up front which is in my opinion definitely his best position.
 

Todays random Hugo Rodallega quote is from 2005 after he was top scorers at the South American under 20s championship.

"I'm undoubtedly better than Messi but the big difference is that he plays for Barcelona and I play for Quindio".

For a whole Year I watched every level of football, from Premiership to Finnish League 2.


Lets not allow my extreme views on players talent mask the superb knowledge I have on football.
 
I can see him scoring a few horrible little goals actually, he tends to pop up with some unusual ones at good times. Haven't seen him enough to know if he's actually good at football or not. He looks a bit mysterious in general to me to be honest, like he's assumed a new identity or something.

we will bring hugo in, Naismith isnt a centre forward his best position is breaking from centre midfield, he can play up top behind the forward or on either wing. which leaves up jelavic and hugo and our only centre forwards. Selling victor gives up the option to bring another player in maybe in a different position.
