All week I kept seeing the tweets promoting the Colombian Everton watchalong for the Derby. I kept thinking it was cruel and unusual to submit our new Colombian friends to such pain, so early on in the relationship. Oh how wonderful it is to be wrong and may they continue to bring us such good fortunes.

Just a shame for you and @Sassy Colombian that you've not properly experienced Goodison when its bouncing very few stadiums can match the atmosphere and intimidation it brings.

Youtube Duncan Fergusens goal against Man Utd 2005 and just take in the atmosphere. Was at the game that night as a spotty teenager and you could feel the place literally bouncing.

What an atmosphere that was. People use the word literally incorrectly all the time. But it was literally bouncing!
