I don't understand

I'm not sure why I am making a thread about this as I don't really care about reputation but I've worked hard to gain over 100 rep on here and it's going to be taken away from me. Lately, there has been a group of people taking reputation off me for no reason and the comments are ridiculous. Is there anything the owner can do about this? Sometimes it's not just -1 it's actually -10.

Couldn't give a flying one if somebody gives me a neg rep (I had one once) as long as I stay in the green, as I tend to look at those in the red and make a snap judgment call of "kopite."
