I think I'm a pretty fair guy, so I'm going to offer my opinion regarding your negative reputation.
I've never been afraid to speak my mind be it on forums or in real life, though I do try and consider peoples feelings whilst doing so. If people don't like what I'm about to say, then that's cool, but what I'm about to add I consider to be a particularly fair assessment with regards to this thread.
As you only have 71 posts, I took the time to read them, and I didn't miss any out.
This is what I found:
Of your 71 posts, I found only 4 posts that I would personally consider to be warranting bad rep, and a possible admin intervention. 2 of these points actually received a warning and an infraction, which shows me that the admins here are fairly level headed and certainly haven't been influenced by the members who rep you.
These are the posts :

Pienaar woman trouble thread
Realistic targets thread
Pienaar rejects new deal thread
These 4 posts are likely to cause friction on here.
On Bluekipper, or Rawk, or Bluemoon etc, you would probably be able to get away with these posts without too much fuss, but one of the main reasons a lot of us were attracted to GOT was that the Admins here run a tight ship, and because of this, the members know that they need to respect the forum and the members within, and show a little restraint when airing their thoughts. Because of this, it's a great place to post, and inturn tends to attract a more mature reader.
Now this is where I'm going to be fair to you.
Just like myself, you are fairly new to the forum. Guys who have posted here for years tend to have a good relationship with the other members, and scenarios such as ' if you upset one, you upset them all' no doubt apply with certain members.
I'm not saying it's a clique as such, but more that for us new members, we need to be careful not to rock the GOT boat, otherwise we will stand out like a sore thumb.
I think it would be fair to say that you have acrued a certain percentage of negative rep because of the above posts, and the rest is probably because you haven't started off on the right foot and folks are singling you out somewhat.
67 of your posts are fine with me .
Some are a little tongue in cheek, and some could be accused of winding people up a touch, but mostly are simply your opinion on certain subjects, and it would be a very boring forum if we all agreed on anything.
I personally wouldn't give you neg rep for any of the other 67 posts, even if I didn't agree with many of them, as my opinion is certainly different on many subjects.
As for asking members to 'grow up', I actually agree with you here, and think a few 'are' actually being a little less than mature.
It's easy to see that certain guys are giving you a hard time based on your reputation, and the rules should apply to them as much as they do to you.
So starting with bluebloodinmyveins for calling you a total dick, and quickly followed by John_efc for calling you a cock, and Sharpeys top lip for calling you a fukkin melt ( which also got a warning just to show you that the mods are fair ), I'll give them neg rep if I'm honest, unless I can't because I've recently repped them, just as I did you for calling someone a c**t, and I'll gladly welcome their retaliation should it occur.
There's just no need for it lads.
You forgot Toffeeweb which is a haven for such posts.
This is the reason people are on this site becuase it is regulated reasonably fair and usually doesnt boil down to mud slinging.

I don't think you're disliked at all bud.
I think many of your posts are honest, and that's all that matters.
The red reps are often as much a sign of affection as they are a sign of dissatisfaction here by the looks of it. Don't take them too seriously.
BTW... Each post has a set of scales above it. If you press those scales on a post, you can leave rep, choose which type, and leave a comment.
If you donate to the forum, Danny generally adds forum supporter to your username, and you can see who left the reps.

I don't dislike anyone on GOT and think the amount of red dots you have ЭВЭРТОН, is just ridiculous. As you said you might have come on here ruffling cages and rattling feathers, but you're not such a bad poster. Nice to see though, you don't take the red dots too serious an keep on posting on here. So, I'm gonna try and help you get back into the green.
