It's a bit of a worry, but we signed Barry on a 3 year perm at 33 after a year long loan at 32.

Short term deal as an interim…. In our position we cannot realistically rebuild our main areas in one summer.

We need 2 x cm’s (more really as everyone needs replacing). If we can get Gana and Gilmour for example this would be perfect.

Like everyone would prefer the CM/DM of early 20s who will sign a 5 our deal and be our anchor for years to come, but with other deals coming in too then Gana for a year or so is still good and far better than what we currently have.

Statistically likely we have at least one LGBT player at our club. Pretty deplorable if we go for this to be honest, especially as he’s getting on a bit anyway

A short term deal or a loan would be alright.
It would be another body in an area that badly needs strengthening.
He knows the league already, knows the city and the club so there should not be a settling in period.
He is an athlete and hopefully could remain fit.

A mixture of young and older signings which is sensible.

I think Kean is definitely gone now.
