i was gonna post one of these, for all its reputation i wouldnt have one, inside it has switches and indicator stalks etc(look at the door handles) from ford fiestas etc , the interior was really [Poor language removed] and for the price you would expect far more than recycled bits from obsolete cars.
[Poor language removed] off a shovel tough all the same. a guy i worked with looked at a lotus in the 80's and that was full of old bits from a think a vauxhall marina.

I knew an Ozzie bloke who was the lead project tester for some commercial Microsoft program, and he had one of those RS200's (~500bhp) and a Impreza 22B. When he went back to blighty, the 22B was to get him around, and the RS200 was solely for trips to the Nurburgring.

Its a bit like top trumps this..

Do a search for 'Climbdance' A video Peugeot made back in the 80's. It is a Pikes Peak vid of former WRC champion Ari Vatanen driving his Peogeot 405 T16 EVO up in a record beating time (on only his second pass), eclipsing the Audi Quattro who set the record the previous year. The record was never broken by the Escudo, but actually broken by Rod Millen's Celica hill-climber. That record was finally broken by the succesor to the Escudo, the Suzuki XL7. The cool thing (highlighting how fast the Group B spec cars were), The Monsters time was only ~35 seconds faster than the Peugeot up Pikes Peak.

And lets be honest, the Escudo is only known because of the Gran Turismo video games.
