If Silva is sacked - who could/should we get?

This is exactly what’s going to happen. Our leadership is a complete joke.
 
The funny thing is if we do sack Silva we pretty much are gonna have to take another Silva like gamble (but maybe a bit more respected like Fonseca) because I don't see us pulling a top name in or we go for a tried and proven like an Eddie Howe or something.
