If Silva is sacked - who could/should we get?

Still a better option than Silva. He knows how to beat crap teams at home and be able to get a team defending.
Without sounding argumentative as we've debated a few things in the last couple of days,

But I always remember that we actually weren't that great against the worse teams in the league. I remember Kenwright saying when we got Martinez, the issue identified is we couldn't find consistency in the games we were expected to win.

Defensively, I'd absolutely agree with you. But he created teams to cope really well without the ball. The reason we struggled to beat teams at home under Moyes is teams would just concede all possession to us, block in around Fellaini and man mark our left back.

Doing so would invariably mean we would struggle to break teams down.

So we're happy to settle for getting stuffed away at the top 6 in perpetuity?

Moyes has never demonstrated an ability to win trophies. That's the actual point of playing football. To win.

The first thing to do is to consolidate the 7th position. Then you may progress and go for top 6.

Moyes never demonstrated an ability to win trophies, maybe but those who succeeded him were the same and we have regressed in terms of league position.

I think we used to get most of our points (at least don’t lost) at home for beating the bottom 13 teams under Moyes, Martinez’ first season, Koeman’s first season and Sam?
