Id love to buy one of the old townhouses down here in Chichester but it would probably swallow up most of the money in one go!

I dint think I’d move either tbh …. I’ve been in my house nearly 30 years and there only myself and the mrs here now. Would be nice to have 2 living rooms though so would knock my conservatory down and build an extension instead.

Actually I may purchase a small space somewhere for my band to record and rehearse in. Seen a building for sale nearby.

My Mrs would love her own workshop for her crafts, she currently has use of one spare bedroom, the conservatory and her summer house in the garden…. Yet she still says she’d like more workspace
