2024/25 Iliman Ndiaye

…I like him lots. Give him the football in an impossible situation and he can wriggle clear or get a free kick. He’s a genuine threat in and around the box and puts in a shift for his mates.

When the ball goes to him, I trust him.
There was a 50/50 in the first half , Ndiaye got himself between ball & man , stuck his arse out and bounced the lad , turned and he was away with the ball all in one motion.

You can't teach that , pleasure to watch he's a propper baller.

….i get that but he’s looking more of a threat in his own right as somebody who’ll work in tandem up front. Saying that, he links well with teammates who are on the same wavelength.
That is it in a nutshell, not just technical ability and skill, but the first half a yard is in his head as well.

Man. If we could pair McNeil and Ndiaye with a competent pacy skilled guy on the right, that could be some front 3. Their close control is really good. Just need a guy that can take advantage of their ability on the ball and get open.
100%. Ndiaye and McNeil are major ballers. A pace merchant with end product on the right would absolutely kill it. Currently Harrison kills it but in a different way.

Need a LB to have as equally a potent partnership as Pienaar had with Baines. Imagine that!
The Pienaar/Baines partnership been one of my favourite things as an Everton fan. We had a left side whose link up play was as good as anything you could see. If we had an overlapping fullback who could cross on the left now our attacking threat would increase exponentially. It could genuinely turn us into a top 10 team immediately.

Question is....does Dyche want them (full backs) to cross over the half way line? Are they under instruction or are they just incapable
