2024/25 Iliman Ndiaye

Been saying this for weeks.

I wouldn’t bat an eyelid if any bar the above three left.

I can’t see any teams queuing up to take any of the others either. Abysmal squad.

N’Diaye is a good little player as well, but we’re that bereft of talent people have probably gone overboard. He looked poor yesterday.

….says lots about our transfer policy :hayee:

I wonder if Ndiaye enjoys playing under Dyche 🤔

Mirallas got it spot on the other week with his comments. Ndiaye would be a really good player to have under a Martinez or Silva type coach and Carlo would've had him playing as support striker I bet.

It's just very hard for attackers to shine under Dyche as ball is constantly going over their head so they have to wait for second balls to drop to them rather than getting quick passes which gets them one v one against a FB or CB.

Waltzes past players with ease, despite not really being quick, which only a handful of players in the league can do, but it's all pointless in this side - clearly not his fault however.

Unless he's taking on six players and dinking it over the keeper, he'll ultimately pass it to McNeil, Doucoure, Gueye, DCL, etc. and from there it's 99% attack over.

Again, another player ruined by the manager.

Absolutely THE MOST obvious thing that Dyche should be doing with this side. It's staring him right in the face..

Dyche is to stubborn … if it worked then he would have been wrong this whole time .

In his mind its like when death comes .

When death stares us in the face all we can do is smile back.

He had his chances though. Doesn’t seem to be much of a passer.

Mate … if I had his skills and was travelling with the ball, looked up and seen

1) 3 opposition players between me and the Gk

2) DCL jogging and with the possibility of getting in 1 one 1 while trying to keep his left side of his shorts riding high to flash off his quads

3) Beto sprinting through but already 6 yards offside

4) doucoure wide open with time and space .

I’d still choose option 1 and try and take them on

Impossible to judge any proper footballer in a Dyche team. He simply isn’t interested in playing modern day footy. Onana has looked excellent at Villa. This fella, along with Lindstrom and McNeil will look far better under a different manager.
I am judging him and think he's been outstanding given the system he's being asked to play in and the utter dirt surrounding him in the side. He would only be better with a half decent manager and some better attacking players and a real full back.

Lindstrom and McNeil though, they're abysmal.

Yep,think there is conflict between thelwell and Dyche on signings,I'm inclined to think Thelwell pushed for N'Diaye as I don't see him as a Dyche type personally.
