i really hate the lower bullens. i went on a date(!) once and got tickets in that stand. it was really claustrophobic with the roof coming down, we could not see the scoreboard(!!) and poles everywhere.

but as the saying goes.. if you take a bird to an obstructed view at goodison and she comes back- it was meant to be!

Apart from Monty, Canada or some other older fans I don't know you are all namby pambys. Oh to be in Gwladys Street before the seats in 60000 plus crowd in the ground, now that was watching a game. You were thankful for the barriers because of the surging, oh what great fun that was. Probably Monty may well remember and recall his times of yore.

i've been in the main stand at anfield but i was 10 and i was taken there by my uncle.

more recently i went to watch the super blades with uni mates at anfield. all together now... "ian rush... he's got a [Poor language removed] big nose!!"
