I don't think it was Azz, and it would be a shame if he was permanently banned for mistaken identity - although didn't Azz try Azzbot MK2 or something first, so he was trying to get around the ban.
He made some really good posts, and had a sense of humour. The day he was banned was the day after his birthday - he had a massive hangover, would that count as mitigating circumstances for his unwarranted abuse?

We cannot say 'beyond reasonable doubt' that it was definitely Azz, so the jury must be instructed to come to a verdict of "not guilty, M'lud"
