Yeah fair enough, but I think if we try him we’ll see the value in having a striker that’s a striker there, even if his shooting is better

I'm not advocating that I want us to play him as our striker (we definitely need better), rather I think he'd be useful for someone because he can score goals.

And when he has, he's usually in the right place to apply his solid finishing. But people are right when they say he's slow and whatnot... he'd be limited.

In terms of pressure on him, too, I think it'd be the right choice, and we've all seen how flawed he can be as a central defender.
