IPTV is a classification for media services broadcast.
Each media service will have its own app, BBC iPlayer, 4OD, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc etc
Whichever legitimate service you want to pay for, install its app on your firestick, register for the service / buy a sub and away you go.

I did a search but couldn't see a specific thread so... I have just heard about this but what exactly is it? I have been using an Amazon Firestick for 5 years, are they compatible?

It's a package of tv channels that has all the stuff you'd get on a Sky TV package plus worldwide channels that show 3pm kick offs - every Everton match is on live TV somewhere in the world.

You buy a subscription for anywhere from £35-100 for 12 months, the person you buy it from gives you instructions on how to install the app on your firestick and gives you your password and username to login.

Your 5 year old stick might struggle with it tbh, well worth buying a new firestick for it though.
