Arsenal were average against city. Only for the supporters getting behind em in 2nd half, they wud of fell apart, only cazorla is to fear, rest is for the taking

The fact that it's still on with 7 games to go is testament to the great job that bobby is doing on a shoestring budget. Imagine what we might achieve if he actually had a few bob to spend???

It's great to have something to play for at this stage of the season

It totally is. And I have the belief that we won't bottle these 7 cup finals. We may lose a couple but we'll lose trying to win rather than being scared and there's no shame in that

Sorry mate, be arsed getting my hopes up. Even if we do beat them, does anyone genuinely think we'll finish above them?

I genuinely do buddy. I think we will finish the season in 75 points

I also love that, barring a capitulation (and it would be that considering we've only lost 5 games in the league all season) we'll be getting our best ever premier league points total. A massive statement and achievement in a first season for a manager who got relegated last year.

And as people have said, we can only get better. It's great

Gotta beat Arsenal, keep the pressure on them, fans are getting on Arsene's back, players will be nervous. Make it count Everton.

Can't see us winning 5 more games; how many have we got left?

Really? We've got seven games left, we've got arsenal city palace and united all at home with hull, Southampton and Sunderland away. Definitely at least five wins possible there

If we beat Arsenal then the following weekend they don't play a Prem game as they have their cup final, and we play away at Sunderland which we should (not necessarily will) win.

If -- and it's a huge if -- those two games are won by us that'll leave us 2 points ahead of L'Arse with a better GD, and on the same games played. That's got to be the immediate goal, because after that we have to play United at home, Southampton away and City at home, all in a row, and that's pretty difficult.

It's biting us now as we'd be thinking about reeling in the RS for the title not clinging on to the hope of scraping 4th

Hate to be negative here, but it's not. All tonight does is give us a better chance of 5th, but if you look at the respective run ins, you have to fully expect us to finish 6th. Spurs could and perhaps should win every single game after the Liverpool match as the run in is as good as they could want. We'd need 19 points from the 24 available to secure 5th IMO, and probably 21-22 to have any shot whatsoever at 4th. So we're talking losing only to Man City and not dropping silly points in our 4 remaining away games, when we've only won 1 away game in 2014.

I'm delighted with how the season has gone, but aiming for anything beyond 5th is wishing upon a star at this point.
