This is becoming stupid imo.

Of course i feel for her and i can't relate to what she is going through but the attention seeking and her portraying the fact that shes the only person in the world who has ever had cancer is becoming increasinling infuriating.

I work in a hospital and i see people going through pain every single day and i see cancer sufferers who put on a happy face and just go through it without seeking anything from anyone.

It's just a disgrace to people worldwide that have and have had the disease imo. I feel for her and her kids who will grow up without a mother but thousands of people have the disease yet they just get on with it.

I'm not trying to have ago at her but the fact that she is making it out like she is the only one to of ever had pain and have the illness is disgusting and making a mockery of alot of people.

That's just my view.

I hear what your saying, i mean some would argue that all this media coverage would make her some money, which would then hopefully be a massive help to her children when they get older.

But realistically they are only ever gonna hear about the time their Mum got her baps and "kebab" out on the tele. Sadly anybody can be a parent.

Also regarding the money thing, surely shes got enough money to leave her family being the most successful reality tv "star" ever or whatever it was i read in the paper today, and should just spend whatever time she has left with them

She's getting married to this thug shes with. It's obviously his idea to snatch the money to be honest with you.

Regardless of her current health. We shouldnt have to even know who she is. Lived a charmed life thus far.

Now she's ill, which you obviously wouldnt wish on anyone, she's exploiting it and squeezing every penny out of it she can. Vile.

She is trying to earn as much money as possible so her kids are provided for. It is not her i blame, rather the media. They know a dying woman will sell extra papers, or get extra viewers. They are the ones you should aim your anger at, not a dying woman.

For me, it's a simple case of dignity. I can understand her wish to provide the best for her children but at what price?
The pain and suffering she will go through will be terrible and my heart goes out to anyone suffering with this awful disease but surely the time has come for her to now retreat and spend her time with her family.
I've no doubt that they will receive an education the same as any other child but what example do they have from their parents?
Education isnt just about going to school or getting a degree in this or that, it's also about growing up having pride in your family and parents, it's about having respect for yourself and others.

Personally, I would want my children to remember me as a loving, caring mother, someone that they could be proud of as they grow up.
Everyone's standards are different so I don't know what will happen to this family when she's gone but I doubt that they will be able to wholeheartedly embrace the way that their mother conducted herself during a certain time in her life.

Very sad.

Interesting bit on Skynews about her yesterday.

Apparently, the cancer groups have confirmed that there's been a huge jump in the number of women going for cervical cancer smears since Goody's story started getting so much coverage.

I'm not and never was a fan, but she's actually going to save lives whilst making sure her kids get a better start in life than she got.

She deserves some credit for dealing with her situation in a way which will ultimately benefit so many people - a final unselfish series of acts that should mean she's remembered in a better light than she would've been otherwise, what good has anyone else off Big Brother ever done?!.

the fact that testing for cervical cancer is up 21% since she was diagnosed is amazing.

the next young hottie you meet could have had an early diagnosis (it's one of the easiest cancers to treat if caught early) been cured and before you know it is balancing on your balls and giving you lots of babies.

No two people are the same when it comes to suffering if it helps her cope,it would be cruel to criticize her.I am not a fan but as far as I know she has not killed anyone so why ate some people not just on here so resentful.it must be horrendous to realise you are leaving young children behind.My own mum Died when I was eight and left a letter for me for when I was older explaining her feelings and why certain decisions about who was to look after me where made.the one thing I'M sure Jade feels like my mum is a desperate sense of loss and concern for the children's future because sadly I don't think I would like to leave kids to either her boyfriend , her ex husband or mother so lets be kind people.

Well said coyney. We have had a previous thread over Jade Goody in the past in which she was unfairly spoken about. Those that dislike the girl then fine, but please refrain into criticising a dying young lady who will be leaving two young children behind. Compassion should be the order of the day here guys and gals, if that's not possible, then make no comments on her.
