You reckon that if she told the press at the start of all this she didn't want any coverage and for them to leave her along they would of took a blind bit of notice?

No chance. Might as well take the bastards for all she can while providing for her kids the best way she knows and can still do.

And like it or not there are plenty of people out there who do want to read about her, always have done and still do.

don't think anyone has a right to criticise her for what she's doing as no-one knows how they would react in the same situation, especially as we wouldnt have that kind of wonga waved at us to leave for our kids.
she was made by the media, she's took the shoit the media have thrown back at her as well, she's far from being the brightest button in the box and at the moment any kind of rationality will be out of the window, i would imagine from what i've seen of her lately that apart from giving her kids a cuddle her life with them is over, she cant exactly run around playing with them and go off to do all the things she's wanted to do as they grow up, the only thing she can do is get as much as possible in the bank for them to give them the best in life possible. it won't be long from what has been said before she is incapacitated and bedridden, a bed that is to be her deathbed, there will be pics of her and front page news headlines.
it's simple, if you dont like her and disagree with it being in the papers then dont buy them or read the stories, just let her get on with what she feels is the right thing.

i'll be honest, i've NEVER liked her, but i won't criticise her for what she's doing now. also bear in mind that she probably did some deal when she found out it was terminal and won't have any say on them taking pictures etc.

cal, try not to criticise anyones decisions that are made for their kids, as when you have some your whole outlook on life will change completely.

All the above make excellent points. People should lay off her. Cancer is a nasty business and unless a victim of it is actively being evil in some way, I think we should treat them with respect. Different rules apply to people in that position.

That's all of I've got say.

Interesting bit on Skynews about her yesterday.

Apparently, the cancer groups have confirmed that there's been a huge jump in the number of women going for cervical cancer smears since Goody's story started getting so much coverage.

I'm not and never was a fan, but she's actually going to save lives whilst making sure her kids get a better start in life than she got.

She deserves some credit for dealing with her situation in a way which will ultimately benefit so many people - a final unselfish series of acts that should mean she's remembered in a better light than she would've been otherwise, what good has anyone else off Big Brother ever done?!.

yes totaly agree took the words out of my mouth,in that situation personaly its whatever makes you get through is fair game

Irrespective on your opinion on her , ( Shes the epitome of Chav , granted , and worse , ) however , I cant help but feeling ,
" there but for the grace of God . "
Telling you .

Jade and Jack thrilled at decision - Yahoo! News UK

The Ministry of Justice said the terms of Tweed's curfew, imposed following his release from prison, would be changed to reflect the "exceptional" circumstances.

Justice Secretary Jack Straw said: "It is crucial that offenders are treated equally within the rules regardless of the publicity surrounding their case but I was satisfied that it was reasonable to allow this."

Prime Minister Gordon Brown said: "I think everybody is sad at the tragedy that's befallen Jade Goody.

Its all getting a bit ******* silly now.............................

Hes just a stupid tit who went to jail, there is no way on Gods earth that ANY other tit like him would have been given "special leave" for his wedding and 100% Gordon ******* Brown wouldnt have got involved either way.

I always thought anyone serving time under HM Pleasure, where given acts of compassionate leave etc. In any event, i was led to believe he was out on a three month curfew and wears an ankle tag. After that curfew, he is a free man if he has kept his nose clean.

Sadly once you are in the media spotlight whatever happens to you remains in the media spotlight.

The price of being famous ..........

The politicians are in a no win situation - give them special treatment and they get hammered, ignore the situation and they get called insensitive.
Regardless of the politics, in my opinion, they made the right call on compassionate grounds. Whether or not the same leeway would have been given to anyone else, I havent a clue but if it isnt, perhaps it should.

She, like thousands of other people, is battling this horrid and unforgiving disease, regardless of who or what she's done, she needs support not judgement.

Anyone see this on the Suns website today?

really bad tattoo

Incredible.

Surely a tattoo of his mother would be more fitting?

It's so weird how people bottle up feelings regarding their own family, yet react like this when a celebrity they have no link to has something similar.

I remeber being in London during the 'Princess Diana' thing. Thousands of people walking through the streets of London screaming and crying. It was a bit scary.
