Jags and Joleon

Hate to contradict everyone on a great night ut I felt that Hibbert was poor again tonight. His passes and touch are awful. In the second half he was caught up th pitch again when Alonso put Riera through. He isnt good enough for the team now. Simple as that.

Jags has been immense all season and had another stirling night yesterday. Torres didn't have a sniff. He's barely had a sniff in any of the three games against them. The partnership he's made with J-Lo has become world class, and that's a Cal version of world class too, whatever he may say ;)

Great to see an all English back four for Everton. Hope Capello is watching.

As it stands, I love Joey Yobo but I don't see him getting back into the starting eleven right now unless someone gets suspended or injured.

Unfortunate but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Baines has really taken his chance and Hibbert's been a different player since he came back for the Chelsea match.

Jags and Joleon are both great players and if they were playing for the big four would be starters for England.. I bagged on Phil a lot in the last season and a bit but he has really come on and Im glad to say his proved me wrong.

The back four have been immense. Must mention that Baines has really settled down, thank goodness. As for Jolo there I have said for months now even when Moyes first tried that Jolo was not an LB. I think Joey will just have to be patient, however I think Jags and Jolo are a better pairing.

Of the four Hibbert is still the weak link although his play has been a heck of a lot better lately.

TBH I hope capello does not select any one, because I hate those England camps and we all know why, also invariably players come back injured from Intls.
