Yep, exactly right. He seems to care more about his reserves and young players than the team. He's too loyal to simply tell a player he isn't good enough. If Flapianski played for any other top club, he would have been sold by now. Same thing with Denilson and Diaby, two very poor players that haven't come good like he promised but he continues to start them...
