2024/25 Jake O'Brien

Really Chico?

Is resorting to personal jibes the best you can come up with?

You must be really disappointed we won yesterday.
I’m sorry that made you feel insecure pal but I’d refer you to this post of yours for a little awareness and note that I’m merely the mirror mirror on the wall.

Has @davek taken over your account?

If I start overcompensating soon then there’s probably a lesson in that too.

Up the Toffos!

….i’m sure Moyes said he started him because he wanted to have a look at him (sensible) and because he thought he’d give us more from an attacking perspective (which I though was a little strange).

You got insecure from my comment?

You guys must have had all your comments ready for an Everton loss yesterday, and last night had to rewrite all of them.

Not to worry because when the next loss takes place you can still recycle them.

“Mirror mirror on the wall who is the most over compensating of them all?”

My line of thinking is once McNeil gets back, who is going to be able to contain O'Brien, Branners, Tarks/Keane on set pieces? Not only does he look a good offensive player on the ground, I think he will make us even more of a nuisance in the air. His inclusion makes sense. We can make up for our lack of fullback talent with him in the side allowing the man in front to push up.
Don’t forget DCL in that list of big tallies.
