HBO used to throw money at him in bonuses as the ratings got higher and higher. True gent he was he always shared it out with the rest of the cast.
Gutted he's gone because now I'll never meet the actor that played the big man in a legendary series.

For me, his portrayal of a mob boss was as good, if not better than some of the so called 'greats'.

Sad way to go too.

I'm definitely going to start watching my Sopranos box set again this coming weekend. Almost sold it last week too, it's now a must have DVD collection that I'll never part with.

..I'm not one for telly programmes, but I really liked this bloke in the Suprano's. Sad news when I heard it breaking on Sky this morning. From what I understand he was on holiday in Rome with his teenage son. I feel for the youngster being alone in a foreign country when his poor Dad died.
