Let us be honest with ourselves and give credit where it is due to both carlo and marcel. One for his stature being able to interest these players and one for brokering the deals at such good prices.

A month ago I would have laughed at anyone suggesting we could get these 3 players for less than 85m and we did even better.

22 millions and only 2 year contract...if you add the wages it is a big year spending on one player...i hope that we have at least an option to extend the contract by a further year.

You do know who it is we've signed yes?!? Theres an option to extend for both parties, so win win all round isn't it?

Also, Farhad seems ok with the fee and salary, so I don't know why that worries you?
