I think all the other links were probably only thinking about the negotiations while Phil K seems to be looking at it more from the club's finances perspective.Very different tone to the “it’s basically done” stuff coming out earlier in the day

I expected bad news Phil to piss on our chips quite a bit more than he actually did there.
The good news is, we’re after him and he wants to come. The bad news is we’re never paying him £200k p/w, certainly not whilst the likes of Bolasie, Tosun and Sandro clog up our wage bill. Hell, you could even bin off Gylf and Bernard for the price of a James and have a bit left over.
Suspect if we’re after him permanently he’d take a bit of a cut though.
Difficult not to get angry and Koeman, Walsh, and to a lesser extent fat Sam.
Did we really?7million was the fee wasn't it? We paid more than that in loan fees for Zouma..
That long?Koemans knock on effect is still hitting hard so im chuckling at him being at barca for 5 minutes and losing suarez and messi.
I give him 6 months.
Cheaper lemo? With Him and Mina just think of the benefits of increasing our profile in Columbia. Everyone's a winner.
