I love James - by miles our most talented player (though that's no real compliment in a squad of has-beens, never-will-be's, mental midgets and crabs). However, the time has come for him to perform. No more excuses. If our one proven player can't step up and perform when it matters, why would we be expecting misfortunes like Davies, Coleman, and Gomes to do it. The next run of games will be telling. Make or break time for James's career at Everton now that he is, apparently, over the injury. He either gets back to his stunning form of the autumn or brings Carlo's judgement into disrepute. We live in interesting times.
