imagine a world where Everton fans are calling out James Rodriguez
An all new low for our fan base
We fully deserve 4 years of Gylfi Sigurdsson having 1 good game in 20.

"James and Gylfi not on the same pitch, at least for 90 minutes" seems a sound rule to me.
In layman's terms, we lack the depth to maintain a level of consistency required to reach the top four. The likes of the above will need to go through the cycle.Whilst we are reliant on the likes of Siggurdson, Davies, Bernard etc to fill in, we`re always going to have games where we struggle and will do until we can replace them with better quality players.
See where your coming from, but that Fulham game for me was a freak, don't get me wrong I was seething myself watching our capitulation, to no offence, what I would call a weaker team. But why I say it was a freak, was because a few days before we played a mammoth game against Spurs and the likes of Doucoure, Davies, Coleman, Godfrey etc, who are normally up for the fight, every team has them were physically, in my eyes anyway shattered and didn't compete like they normally do. To a certain extent some of Carlo's selections were strange to say in the least. But one thing I have heard and I do agree, Sigurdsson or Rodriguez, for me can't play in the same team, one or the other and I know who I'd pick most times. This is where Ancelotti needs to utilise him better. It’s evident he doesn’t like having to get into a war, I get it, he’s not that type of player. I’m not saying he doesn’t track back and help out because he can do, we’ve seen him do it this season. I just think he’s best suited for us when we are in games where we know we are going to see more of the ball and look to control the game (if that’s even a thing for Everton anymore....) against work horses like Fulham who are right in our faces and have us on the back foot, with our plan seemingly being sit deep and counter I don’t think it’s a game he’s suited to.
That is a bit of a joke Sassy, due to the latest rumours of James wanting out, something I don't believe. And also about a certain goalkeeper across the park.Hope he's not getting cold feet...

Bit of a small club mentality that. If he's not playing well then people can call him out. The idea we have to clap along because of his reputation is a bit mad.
Wasn’t a freak though was it. Given we had just lost to Newcastle, West Ham and Leeds in a not disimilar fashionSee where your coming from, but that Fulham game for me was a freak, don't get me wrong I was seething myself watching our capitulation, to no offence, what I would call a weaker team. Are you telling me you've stopped clapping?
I've been clapping, tap dancing, body popping, moon walking, ballet, trance, tribal, waltzing since he signed and havent stopped since yet.
Though I did do the same when we signed Kevin Kilbane tbf
Hahaha it's boss to have him here. Probably the best since Kanchelskis in terms of talent. Just obvious we haven't got him at his peak.

Put that shovel down you massive balloon. Football's obviously not the game for you.Just saying he has been disappointing for me, his fitness & lack of pace deters his great skill to a degree that is detrimental to the team.
He has scored 5 goals & 7assists but overall the bad has outweighed the good in an on/off stop/start season where he has failed to impress on many occasions.
Trouble for me is I don't see him getting any fitter, it looks like he is on his last legs & almost finished as a player in today's high press & high intestity play.
