Spot on mate. Also I'd add context: Macalister if he'd won that challenge was clean through on goal - of course Tarkowski's challenge was going to be robust.

I;ll tell you what the galloot could have said instead throwing Tarkowski under the bus:

"Well, it's maybe one of those 'amber' cards people sometimes talk about".

He didn't though, and that's why he's a rat.

You dont condemn Everton players in public if your an ex-player.

Only thing that winds me up is, the media, pundits and rs fans crying over it. It’s okay when dyke does 2-3 of them a season, not one word from them all.
