Jan Mucha vs Tim Howard

Just a gentle reminder that Tim Howard is our first choice keeper, this Mucha cat was signed on a free and likely to be only back up/Carling Cup unless he turns out ace.

Yeah but we been lucky with Howard, hes hardly missed a game, hopefully that luck will stay, but its nice to have somebody that appears to be decent to fall back on, saying that I didnt have a major problem with James Blunt and Carlo Gash.

I'll dislike him even more if I were to watch it again.
Get rid! Get rid now! Send him back to his rubbish league!

Tim Howard seems way a head of this guy right now. Mucha looked a bit to keen to go down injured and fake it a bit too which is bad.

From what I've seen he's not good enough yet to put real pressure on Tim Howard - which was supposed to be the intention according to Moyes comments when he signed.

Moyes Out!

Yeah, sure - Tim Howard never faked an injury, when trying to waste some time for Everton.

No disrespects to the league he has been playing in, but Mucha has not been playing in the cut and thrust of the Premier League. A league that is fast and very physical. Yesterday he was doing more than wasting time, he was trying to get other players into the book or worse!

He is a far better standard of back up than Nash though, and will only improve a great deal as under study to Tim, which is a damn fine thing to have!

Thing is - Mucha wasn't signed because of his performance in extremely shitty Polish League, Everton watched him only in 1 league game I think. All other games were Slovakia games (elimination to WC plus friendlies), so competition was on much higher level, although much different from Premier League.

And what's wrong with attempts of trying to get other players booked?

Lacks class.
