Bit of good news that Spurs have offered 3 million for Delph, this will make about 28 midfield players they have, thus making the Jimmy Mac rumours slightly poo!

Heard also that Micah Richards has been offered to Chelsea in the summer, thus hopefully quashing the Seamus move to Stamford bridge

Wanyama was a missed opportunity, people have this thing about Spl Mickey Mouse nonsense, but people tend to forget Celtic usually qualify for Champions league, I remember Wanyama bossing the greatest midfield partnership off all time in Xavi and Iniesta in a match 2 years ago. Van Dijk could have the same impact.

True I think the problem is you just aren't sure as there's so few games to go on and they're still wanting premiership prices.

But we need a central defender, he's only 23 and thought very highly off plus people here where certainly right about Tadic so I'm in.

I can't really say I'd be excited being linked to someone banging in the goals in the Croatian league...

I quite like the idea of Winston Reid as the "tough, old school" centre half to partner the ball playing Stones. We're just stuck in a precarious position where we really need a defender now and not Summer but there's not a lot of options. Reid or Van Dijk are all I'd consider tbh.
