Managers have all kinds of reasons for not playing people. There's lads that Distin and Barry keep out of our side and all.
Of course, that's very true. Manager plays who he sees as being the best man for the job.
My point is, Nastasic hasn't been anything near a regular at City slot for absolute ages which is why he has now left on loan.
He won't go on to be as good as Stones (for example). I don't understand the anguish that this "missed opportunity" will no doubt cause.
