These comments irk me; Pulis has only just been appointed and publicly states he hasn't had time to get things in place this window but is still actively bidding for players he wants. Why does it appear we haven't got anything in place before the window when we've had since the summer?

Hull City have enquired over the availability of Aaron Lennon, according to the Hull Daily Mail. Tottenham have been told he is very, very available, with the London club keen to get the 27-year-old off their books this month. Hull, it seems, would prefer to sign him on loan with a view to a permanent deal in the summer, similar to the deals they struck with Spurs for Jake Livermore and Tom Huddlestone.

According to reports, Campbell's agent Joaquim Batica was present at Arsenal's training ground to discuss potential options for his client. It's believed that Everton, Tottenham and Liverpool have all expressed interest in the striker, but questions remain as to whether Arsene Wenger would be willing to sell to a top-four rival.
Everton's stuttering season sees them a full 16-points behind the Gunners, and could potentially do Arsenal a favour should they secure a loan deal. The Toffees would have a greater chance of beating Arsenal's rivals with Campbell, but he would not be eligible able to feature against his parent club - a similar deal was done with Romelu Lukaku last season.
