The other fella ward though macca?!!!Christ!!still think they got the better deal taking diamond off us!

Christ Mitch Ward what an abomination of a player. Felt sorry for him though Dario, some players sign for Everton and they must think "I'm just not good enough for a club like this" and he was one of them. Stuart still had another 2-3 quality years left as well, was a cracking sitting midfielder for Charlton end of his career

It probably was at the time mate lol we were an absolute mess in them days. I'm sure if you asked him now what the biggest club he played for was he would say Everton. Loads of players say it's a step up when they move clubs just to try and get onside with the fans.

Terrible days.
We only had 6 wins by this time of the season in the year he left, glad we'll never see seasons like that again in our lifetimes :)

What a top fella. Took balls of steel taking that pen against the wombles and he was one player who I really thought deserved his fa cup winners medal, he earned the right to be talked about for years and will forever be a part of Evertons history.

Ha ha I know, smashing fella, very rarely met a blue who isn't really, don't know why but the other lot always seem so far up themselves to me,were our players have always seemed more grounded, even Beagrie a bit of a nutter but when I talked to him with Diamond he was insisting Bradfords promotion was down to "two good Evertonians"(him and McCall)lol

I always say to the missus how the hell some of the ex Kopite players are allowed in their ground is beyond me. When it isn't going well they are quick to slag of managers, players, fans, tea lady. They are just a different breed Dario, just can't take them seriously and they really do give me at least one laugh a day; )

These comments irk me; Pulis has only just been appointed and publicly states he hasn't had time to get things in place this window but is still actively bidding for players he wants. Why does it appear we haven't got anything in place before the window when we've had since the summer?

--

West Brom manager Tony Pulis on interest in Manchester Unitedmidfielder Darren Fletcher: "He is talking to three or four clubs. Wwe showed an interest and he'll make a decision and we'll wait and see."

On trying to sign Wigan's Callum McManaman: "Along with two or three others, we're exploring the situation and whether it's a good deal for us. Both clubs have got to agree and it's got to be right for the player. It's the most difficult window I've had because I've not had time to get things in place."

will WWE sign him up in time for the royal rumble? Imagine, number 30...

There is no revenue unless you win a semi apparently.
Not true mate. Last time I checked, we're up an extra £172.84 thanks to the European adventure this season. Beat the Young Boys and it's another £37.50 plus a king size Toblerone.

As for any incomings, with Ossie, Pienaar and Gibbo to return from the infirmary that's like three new signings!
