Nah he is way better, he has played well against decent teams such as Japan and Aust....albeit not the most diligent defender....but I would carry someone who can make those passes and hold the ball up like that, he is exactly what we are missing at the moment

SportItalia says Everton are in contact with Pato's representatives about a late winter market move to England.
Pato starred on-loan with Sao Paulo last season and has also been offered to QPR this month.
The former AC Milan striker is ready to return to Europe this year and is wanted by Everton as a replacement for Samuel Eto'o, who is due to sign with Sampdoria this week.
Everton are likely to favour setting up a six-month loan deal for Pato with the option to sign him permanently in June.
