Yeah mate, when their window shuts it means that the Spainish clubs can no longer sign anyone but they can still sell or loan out players.

Don't rate Dembele. He's technically good but he's not a goalscoring midfielder, nor a creative mid, nor a tough tackling one. He flatters to deceive really.

The only players I'd want from Spurs they wouldn't give us, Levy is far too shrewd to ever do a deal he's even slightly unsure isn't in his favour.

Having said that, I rate Townsend if they're willing to part with him.

Being quoted at 4 million I think. If that's the price then any club would be silly not to go for it. Although still at 18 their is a possibility of him doing a John bostock.
Weren't MK Dons not happy with the way we went about the Galloway transfer though and their chairman started kicking off about how he would be better off playing at the top of league 1 then the under 21 league. Sort of agree with him their on that one

I don't mind Dembele, i think hes one of them players that you don't notice him until hes not playing. But like you said it won't happen; i just don't want Lennon as part of any deal...or just ever
 

I like your optimism Bluegirl....but I have this sinking feeling that Mirallas will be one of those 11pm deals on the last day of the window as Spurs seek to make a push up the table. Also, I don't think that Mirallas played for us in the defeat to Swansea in the league cup, so he might be able to play for Spurs in the final against Chelsea. Spurs may well see that as a game really worth winning as it gets them back into Europe next year and they may see Mirallas as the type of player who might cause problems for Chelsea.
Knowing our luck at the moment....we'll get players like Jelavic and Yobo back in on loan.

Amen to that. Hate us having to do any business with Spurs full stop to be honest, hopefully Atletico or someone comes in for Kev instead and just gives us good money.
