I'd be throwing that at West Ham right now. £3m + Distin, it's a good deal. And Distin is on about £50K plus wages and Reid wants a bit more than that apparently so give him what he wants on a good deal and we've got a good defender for a number of years.

Agree these sort of deal don't pop up very often,they want Distin,it's reported we want a reid they get nothing in the summer.I can't see where a problem could be,unless we are being tight again.

Pretty sure Howard could still leave to the MLS after our transfer window shuts as the season in the US starts in March.
