"Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon is set to join Everton on loan until the end of the season.

"The talks have concluded and there is an agreement in place between all parties.

"There was interest from four other clubs, including Hull, Stoke and QPR, but Lennon rejected them all.

"The 27-year-old has made 17 appearances for Spurs this season and 365 since joining from Leeds United in 2005, scoring 30 goals."

Don't be ridiculous. Of course Mirallas isn't leaving.

They only think I can think and hope is that:

1. We asked for Lennon on loan
2. They offered him to us for 3m and Mirallas
3. We said no
4. They offered him to us for 5m and Mirallas
5. We said no
6. They threatened to send him out somewhere else
7. The player refused
8. Spurs realized we where no threat and had no need for Lennon so in the end let us have him

The big question is did we have to make a deal to sell them Kev in the summer.

If not then Lennon is better than what we have apart from Kev so given we couldn't get Januzaj then fair enough.

However we should have had our business done already and bought either Gil or Silva.

Agree mate. I don't know why as well but I can see this little midget Lennon coming off the bench Saturday and playing a blinder. Let's see what happens anyway but me personally, I would take him all day long on loan
