Why would mirallas want to join tottenham he will be aiming for far bigger clubs than them, clubs who are in the champions league regularly

I actually think it was the Mirallas issue that probably held the deal up. We wanted Lennon and they tried to steal Kev when we approached them.

Not sure why Lennon was our No1 target since he's cup tied but he's not bad. After all as someone said he kept Pienaar out of the side when Pienaar was in his pomp and he's still only 27. If he gets back to the form he had then it will be a very good signing especially for little money.

I won't lie I'm disappointed and very short term but given it's January I suppose we can't expect much more.
