He doesn't deserve an abuse he's getting. Agreed that he's not a world beater and not exactly a type of player which could dominate the game but every team need someone doing easy stuff, just for the balance.

Either way I see him as a squad player. Not a bad piece of business getting him for free.
 

Cant really see the point in bringing in Cleverley. If we have Barkley, Besic, McCarthy in the midfield, why would we want a player who is no-where near as good as them in the squad? Waste of a wage to me and we should be setting our sights on a better calibre of player than what we have not worse than what we have got.
