Dunno if Martinez rated Kennedy or not, but if Cardiff made a bid that was too good to turn down and the player wanted to go, it's not surprising. Hope the fee is somewhat decent t.

Cahill on a 6 month contract would be a no-brainer for me. Coming off the bench for half an hour here and there.
He's not going to rock the boat, it'll give everyone a lift. And we absolutely need a bit of snide back in the squad!

Really hoped the Distin/Reid thing had some legs in it, should have known better though to be fair. Still Lennon isn't so bad on loan.

Really hoped for a bit more from Roberto as far as signings go when he joined, like Spanish and South American gems that no-one had heard of until we signed them. No point signing knock offs if you can't rejuvenate/get the best out of them, and so far I don't think he has done too well in that respect.
