Think it's probably a case of needing to shift some out first as well, which is a whole other issue.

Let's wait and see. No good club will sell their first choice LB on the final day without having a replacement lined up.

If we have money why would he need to shift players out. We either need him or we don't.

If we don't have money a LB is no more important than any other position and can wait until the summer so we get the right player.

A striker was a necessity and Big Sam was probably given one player he could choose.
